Welcome, Hjalmar's Kin!

I hope you all made it here safely. I have found so much joy in connecting with myself and others through writing at my blog. I thought that maybe this blog could become "Paul Oscarson Family Central" (all spouses included, of course!) for updates and validation on your everyday tribulations and successes. We can even figure out how to post pictures, and I'll set up quick links so you can visit anyone's personal blogs.

Everyone would have to pledge to follow these guidelines:

1) Email me with your current email address and I will set you up as a member, so you can create posts for the entire family to love and enjoy. Send it to sarahbethgiles@yahoo.com
2) No one's spelling or lack of capitalization will be made fun of. (Though I do own a copy of Eats, Shoots and Leaves if you need a refresher on punctuation!)
3)Make as many or as few comments as you would like. No one is counting, but you might soon discover comments on your own posts are like digital gold!
4) All technical questions must be channeled through someone other than myself. I'll enlist Taylor's help. And Todd. And anyone else feeling digitally-competent.
5) Let's have some good, family fun!
6) Visit often! It takes just as much time as checking your email.

I love and miss all of you so much! I hope you'll find this to be a neat way for everyone to connect. Please don't be scared if you are unfamiliar with blogs. It is very easy to figure out. Hey, even I have managed!

See you in cyberspace!
Sarah

Well hello family. I love to sit down here at my computer and click on people's blogs although usually by the time I get here I don't have the energy to write my OWN blog. I like this idea...thanks Sarah Beth!

Is anybody there? Does anybody care?

..Does anybody see what I see? I see fireworks! I see the pageant and pomp and parade! I hear bells ringing out! I hear the canon's roar!

I'll keep going for my own entertainment's sake if no one ever comments here...or doesn't bother to email me with their correct email address.

I like te idea. it would be great to have some good discourse with our very spacially diverse family.... did that make sense? as long as ya'll really promise not to make fun of my spelling and lack of capitolization, i am excited to be here.

Hey, if we can't make fun of Spencer's spelling where's the fun? Just kidding--I'll try to be nice. This is a great idea Sarah--I'm just not sure I have it in me to write intelligent observations. I'll try. I do love to read everyone else's so it's only fair.

Hooray for comments!

Mo, you don't give yourself enough credit. You always leave VERY interesting comments and observations on our blogs! I just love being in touch with you all.

All of my kids are sick. Henry is just about all better. Oscar has the green gooey nose from h***, and Waverly has a double ear infection. (Did you know they now have chewable antibiotic pills for kids? Great idea!) Fun, fun, fun!

Hoorah! Hooray! Let's play all day! Tra la la...I'm just so tired...I'm finally blogging again, and now do I two obligations? Not in a burden sort of a way, just wondering how it all works, just tryin' to figure out what it all means...that was a quote..partly...ER is still on. Very busy just now. Love you all.

Now it sounds like I was being rude and sarcastic in that first one, and I made a grammatical error...and now I'm going to quelch the obsessive thought I've been having about the thin mint ice cream in the freezer. My baby is moving-how cool is that!
